2024 Bayshore Broadcasting Bridal Show

Furnished Exhibit Space

• When you arrive at the show, your space will be furnished with a table, 2 chairs and the back wall and side walls draped. No alterations to the booth or drapery setup are permitted. All of the tables in the display areas must have linen. You can provide your own or black or white to cover your table are available for extra charge please contact Janet.  You can also choose not to have tables or chairs in your booth. Or bring your own. Please advise if this is the case.

Pre-Show Set Up

• You may set up on Friday, February 23 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm sharp. The hall will re-open at 7:00am on Saturday, February 24^th. All exhibitors must be ready and staffed by 10:00am when the doors open to the public. Exhibitors must not tear down until after 3:00pm.

Exhibitors Conduct

• Exhibitors’ display may not block the view of neighboring booths. Bayshore Broadcasting reserves the sole right at its discretion to take whatever action is necessary to enforce the Exhibitor(s) to observe the forgoing. Exhibitors may not promote another company’s product within their booth who are not participating in the show.

Exhibitors Booth

• Exhibitors will be responsible for all of the arrangement of the equipment and displays in their own booth.

Special Bridal Gift Bags

• If you would like to include a product or sample for the Gift Bags for the Brides, please have everything dropped off to Bayshore Broadcasting or make arrangements with Janet by Friday, February 16^th 2024
• 100 bags will be done up. There is no charge to our vendors for items in bags. This year we are asking for a product, sample or gift certificate. If you have a business card we ask that it is attached to a product or sample.

Bayshore Broadcasting reserves the right to limit the number of exhibits in any category.
